On June 19, 2026, I played in our 2nd Quarter Mighty Golf Club Tournament at Camp Aguinaldo Golf Course, in the Philippines. At Hole 12, 126 yards, Par 3, I asked for my pitching wedge; my caddie handed me a 9 iron instead. "Wind's against," he said. Rain started falling. I grinned: "A blessing for a hole in one." No practice swing, unheard of for me. I set, looked at the flag, and swung. Watched the ball climb high the gray sky, drop near the pin, then roll right and vanish. My flight mates screamed, then the caddies, then everyone. We sprinted through the rain, reached the green, peered into the cup and there it was. We screamed and celebrated on the green. A Prize for holes 11 and 12 is a brand-new Vespa scooter. I won it! That day I also sank the longest putt on hole 7, won a cash prize and took The Lowest Net Champion. One Round, One Ace, One Vespa, a memory I'll never outdrive
