  1. Playing in a benefit tournament at Cooper's Hawk Golf Course in Melbourne, AR; we arrived at the 4th hole. It is a carry across the lake from the tee to the green. Hole was playing 148yds, into a slight breeze and into the sun. I opted to play a choke down 8 iron to flight the ball down. The shot started out at the flag and I was just hoping it would be close enough to win the closest to the pin competition. As i was looking into the sun, I couldn't see where it ended up; but knew it was dry. I turned to walk off the box and the group on the 5th tee box started yelling that it went in! Unbelievable, I had made my first hole in one in 20+ years of playing and didn't get to see it go in because of the sun. My group took plenty of pictures that I still have on my mobile. The ball stayed in my bag for many years until I bought a plastic case to display it in. Some of the white has worn off of the ball; but it sits prominently above my desk.
