With Tiger's latest injury, will it really happen? He just withdrew from his latest event. He may just have to hang up his spikes? Plantar fasciitis is not something that can be cured overnight. They are saying that this was caused by his recent wreck. I went round and round with that for over a year. Slept in orthopedic boots on both feet, special inserts for dress shoes as well as for my golf shoes. This was very painful, but I wore them in my FJ Dry Joys during this time. Now I never played at his level but I did walk and play during that time. The inserts did help and sleeping in those boots really helped me get thru the recovery. It something I wish on no one. I hope he can recover, but it affects each person in a different way. Bottom line, it burns like heck and affects your ability to walk. I wish Tiger well in his recovery and only time will tell.

It is very concerning to hear Tiger talk about being able to play but not able to walk. I am a huge fan and fear that this might be the last straw that his body might not be able to overcome. The match will be great to watch if it happens, hopefully they are wearing microphones so we can hear the back and forth during the round.

The match has always been in carts. I’m sure Tiger will play. I’m excited to hear the banter between him and JT! Hopefully it’ll be good watching.

In an interview with Tiger yesterday at the Hero tournament in the Bahamas he said that he would play in the Match. He and Charlie will be playing next weekend hoping to win the father son event, but he will be riding in a cart. Guess he will be doing exhibition matches such as this, but as far a playing competitively on the tour, do not think his body can hold up any longer. All good things have to come to an end. Who will carry the torch? Rory? Think he and Rory have discussed this and they feel there a number of good young players who can carry the torch forward on the TOUR. Interesting interview.

Well, the win by Team Titleist was great.

But it seems that the social media posts of Spieth's and JT's bags seem to have increased the demand for the Team Titleist Bag Tags.

My coach was there, said it was electric, JT was super entertaining with Charles. Downside was Tiger really struggling to get around, even going from green to cart short distances he was in bad shape. Sad to see!

That was one of the most entertaining made for tv golf events I have seen in a long time. The relationship between the four players and the joking back and forth was outstanding. Watching them play with the ease and comfort that they all did why the world was watching and listening was awesome to see.
