i believe the XL is now just called 'Large' and if you google 'scotty cameron grip sizes' you will find an article comparing the small, medium and large grips.

I game the matador xl/os. It replaced a superstroke 3.0. It's about the same diameter as the superstroke at the top, but it tapers down the shaft.

Matador Large grip is our largest grip offering. It is 11-inches long, tapering from 5-inches in circumference at the butt end down to approximately 3.5-inches in circumference near the shaft

The Matador Xl is similar to a jumbo sized Winn grip. The "XL" is true to its word.

I have a bunch of these! I believe Scotty changed up the matadors recently

Here is what I have for the original ones I used in 2016...
Matador Oversize 68.0 grams 11.0" Long
Matador Mid/Large 85.6 11.0
Matador Standard/Mid 76.0 10.5

Now that he has changed the names, we have:
Small:
The White Matador Small grip comes standard on all Cameron & Crown putters.
The Red Matador Small grip has the same dimensions and feel as SC Custom Shop Mid-Size grips.
The Black Matador Small grip has the same dimensions and feel as SC Custom Shop Mid-Size grips.

Medium:
The White Matador Medium 11-in grip was recently made available outside of Scotty's Custom Shop in the Studio Store.
The Red Matador Medium 11-in grip is the replacement grip for the Scotty Cameron Futura X putter.
The Black Matador Medium 11-in grip has the same dimensions and feel as the Red Matador Medium 11-in grip, which is the replacement grip for the Scotty Cameron Futura X putters.

Large:
The White Matador Large grip is 11-inches long, tapering from 5-inches in circumference at the butt end down to approximately 3.5-inches in circumference near the shaft.
The Red Matador Large grip is 11-inches long, tapering from 5-inches in circumference at the butt end down to approximately 3.5-inches in circumference near the shaft.
The Black Matador Large grip is 11-inches long, tapering from 5-inches in circumference at the butt end down to approximately 3.5-inches in circumference near the shaft.

This is not scientific but these should get you into the ball park estimated!
