  1. To what extent can the custom shop refurbish a customized putter? Can the colour of the paintfill change? Can the customized engraving be changed?

The colors can all be changed and the putter remilled. Not sure if engraving can be removed though. I would doubt it.
  3. Andrew, any idea when the shop will start accepting putters to be refurbished again?

Just email them and include phots and they will get back to you!
  6. They can do a variety of things however from year to year these change so I would call or email them to check if the things you would like to do are available. also, loft and lie adjustments do not cost anything no matter what you do to your putter so be sure to include this!

I do not believe engravings can be changed. If you’ve got a putter that has been stamped, I have seen instances where they will eliminate them on the face (e.g., initials). I think this requires welding and then re-milling. I haven’t seen them do this in other locations (e.g., bumpers). Keep in mind the weight loss that would come with a restoration of this level. I agree with others, probably best to e-mail them and see what they can do. Good luck!
