It will be pricey but I suggest doing it right and sending it back to Scotty’s customer shop. It will hold its value much better if done by them.

Go to Scotty Cameron website, "customize" and then complete the process for restoration. Won't be cheap, but it will be done right and you can get some cool custom bits to go along with it.

Head to the website, choose your model of putter, then choose "add restoration" ($325). There are also quite a few 3rd party restorers/customizers that are less expensive and do amazing work. NorCal and BOS are two of the biggest.

  6. The best place and only way to keep your authentic putter is to send it to ScottyCameron.com spa!

    it is around $300 + +

Grips, shaft rings, headcovers, new colors on your putter, re-milling...all can be done!!

    Cheers

I sent my old putter bad for a "spa" day and it came back BETTER than the high standards that I had already put on it. I hadn't realized how smooth the face had become until I ran a finger over the remilled face.

It's not inexpensive, but you get the putter back in similar shape to when it was new.
