I agree. When I purchased my custom fit DCI 981 irons in 2001, they came with nice name labels and a beautiful certificate of authenticity with the loft, lie angles, and length of each club. I still have it. When I purchased my AP2 710 irons in 2011, they didn't come with anything but a packing slip. I didn't buy them for the labels, but the extra attention to detail was nice. I don't know why Titleist stopped doing that, but it was a nice touch.
