I'm a member of Team Titleist and it's hard for me to find a Pro Shop that offer Team Titleist Trial Set Program for a left-handed person. It's very frustrating when you hear that they only have 714 AP2 irons and 714 AP1 irons in right hand.I would like to hit the 714 AP2 irons & 714 AP1 irons to get a comparison between the irons. I have the 710 AP1 irons and would like to upgrade to the Titleist 714 AP2 irons. I have talked three of my right-handed friends into buying the 714 AP1 irons. I would have love to went to the Team Titleist Day outing, but unfortunately I didn't recieve any emails in reference to it. Sincerely Team Titleist Member

Hi Keith,  This was the 1st year of the Trial sets, and, unfortunately, left handed sets were not available in the program.   The trial sets were built with their respective standard shafts so the AP1's had the XP 95's and the AP2's had the DYG S300 shafts.

All of our Cart, Advanced, Regional and Van fitters have LH fitting clubs and you can be fit with both the LH AP1 and AP2 iron heads.  Pinehurst will have both in their fitting cart as well as numerous shafts that can be interchanged so that you can hit AP1 and AP2 heads with the same shaft.   Anthony Cordes is the fitter at Pinehurst and the number to make a fitting appointment is:  910.235.8284.

There are no current fitting days scheduled in your area, but when they do schedule days that are open to the public, it will be listed on this site:  http://www.titleist.com/events/

Agree, it's tough to find anything LH to test/demo where I'm at. Wish there was bigger selection to test when the new stuff comes out.

In all fairness, outside of most Cameron putters, gold nickel Vokey's and 7.5 degree drivers, Titleist has a full line of LH equipment. Only one other company is close. Even the company with the Hall of Fame lefty doesn't offer all lines and certainly not all lofts in products like drivers, fairways, and hybrids. The value of the concierges is they work with local pro shops to bring in the non-routine. That's how I ended up replacing clubs with a full bag of Titleist. You can't get fit for what the vendor doesn't sell.
