Yes, you can get a personalized bag. You will need to go to your local Titleist Pro shop/retailer and place the order through them.  Just let them know that you want to have personalized embroidery done also.

Go to any good authorized Titleist retailer.  Either "green grass", or one of the big stores (Golfsmith, Golf Galaxy, whatever is available to you.  Most every Titleist bag is customizable.  If he takes a cart all the time, or even a pushcart, my favorite is the mid-size Staff bag.  Looks great, and has outstanding compartments for everything, so he can have his rain gear, balls, rangefinder, whatever he needs right there.  If he walks, try the lightweight stand bag or again my favorite the Staff stand bag.  The Staff stand bag is a little bit heavier but again I love the style and layout.  They customize either on the "ball pocket" , or the side or the front of the Staff Bag.  Your retailer can show you, and may have other options in stock with their own club logo to look at.  Usually takes 4-6 weeks to get it, so move now if it's for Christmas.  I believe most have the catalog for 2015 now so they may be a few changes to next years line up.  My Staff stand bag below

Yes it is available, I have just ordered mine for next season, a 2015 model stand bag with my name and the TT logo on it.  You should see your local pro in the pro-shop and ask him about it.  I'm excited about getting mine, even tho it will be winter when it arrives.  Good luck, I'm sure your dad will love it.

There is some good advice already posted.  So I'll give you some additional considerations.  If your Dad plays from a cart a lot consider a Staff bag, they are available in two sizes and are of exceptional quality.  If he plays on foot, the Staff stand bag is also an exceptional bag.  Both bags can be personalized with your Dad's name and could even include a team logo or something like that.  If you have a club close by that deals in Titleist equipment, they can place the order in minutes.  One things for sure, your Dad will love to have a Titleist bag.
