    Hey Team, I'm purchasing some new sunglasses for this coming season. Everywhere I go a sales person has told me something different and I just don't know what to think anymore. I'm leaning toward the Oakleys made for golf. I was wondering if you would share what shades you use, what you think about polarized lenses, and what color lenses you have. Thanks so much! The advice and responses I get from this group have been outstanding!

    I have swoosh Show X2 with prescription lens in a yellowish/light amber tint. They wrap around and I have no blind spots. I get them with that tint because I wear them anytime I'm not at home and when golfing I can spot a ball in any grass with ease.

    You can use them for golf, fishing, snow skiing, in the boat on the lake, casual wear...everything. They have the best selection of styles as well. Keep an eye for them on the web and you can catch good deals.

    I stick with the 580 glass - the view is crystal clear. plastic saves you some money and is lighter but the view is not quite as crisp.

    I played with Oakley M Frames for about 15 years with a gray lens. Two years ago I went to a Wiley X "Blink" (which apparently is the "Boss" now) with an Amber polarized lens. Amber isn't as dark and the polarized on the course is very nice.

    Benjamin It's a personal choice for sure, however I use the Oakley Straightjackets with a prescription lens. The tent is specific for golf so inquire with them about that option. Best to you in 2017!

    I use the Oakley's that are made for golf. I'm not a huge fan of them, the lenses are pretty light and don't help block the sun that much. But it is easier to see the ball with them on, so if you wear them with a hat they're alright.

    I use the Oakley Prizm Golf lenses. I love 'em. So bright, clear, and following the ball is great. I swap 'em out for polarized lenses when not on the course.

    I have Oakley Flak Jackets with Iridium Lenses as well as the Half Flak with Prizim lenses. I swear by both of these.

    I have a few pairs of Blinde sunglasses. It has a great fit on me and I like their designs. Both pairs, I've taken to my local eyewear store for prescription lenses. Doing it this way gives me a variety of choices on what to have on them.

    Thanks Everyone! I ended up getting these Oakley Flak 2.0 with a darker more reflective prizm lens. I think it's the Prizm Baseball one. The Golf one was too light when I tried them on. Here's a photo. Also couldn't help grabbing a new hat while the wallet was out of the pocket.

    I wear Oakley carbon fiber blade with blue iridium lens. Very light weight - Absolutely Awesome!!!

    I wear Oakley flak 2.0 black frames with polarized black lens and backup pair same lens but in dark blue with white frames( have to break it up a little
