Hey Michael ...I think that grip choice is very much a personal preference. I personally tend to favour the Golf Pride grips, using the "Tour Velvets" on both my Driver, F3, and my 3 - vokey wedges. I prefer the Golf Pride MCC grips for my irons (4-PW). I assume that the putter grip is not part of the conversation, but just in case, I use the Scotty Cameron Mid-Size Matador on my SC Newport 2.5 putter.

Curious to see what you ultimately choose to go with. Also, don't forget that Golf Pride also offers the MCC grips in a "mid size" too. :-)

GolfPride MCC +4 (midsize). Like Winn grips for my putters and GolfPride on the Driver, Fairway, Hybrids and Irons. Only grips I would recommend for dependability and performance. If you keep them clean they last longer than the other brands.

I use midsize, multicompund grips from Golf Pride and love them.

I really like the Golf Pride New Decade MultiCompound grips. I always used an all cord grip in the past because of my sweaty hands but after switching to the MCC grips several years ago I don't even wear a glove unless its really humid or raining. I've never tried the Lamkin UTx so I can't offer a direct comparison but you should give the MCC's a try, plus they have a midsize grip too. No matter what you end up going with, nothing beats the feel of new grips.

I've been through most everything there is. Leather, the old standard green, Cord, Half cord, Royal, Lamkin, Tour velvet, etc. Have settled for several years now on the Golf pride Tour Wrap. Every few rounds I clean them up, or wipe them down with those "gripes" wipes that I think Lamkin puts out.

I have made the switch to Golf Pride MCC PLUS 4. Great technology and feel. Less narrowing at the shaft. Nice colour selection as well.

My favorite so far have been the golf pride tour wraps. I had the multi compound in the past, but I really like the tacky feeling of the tour wraps.

I prefer the Golf Pride New Decade MultiCompound midsize grips in red and black.

Pure P2 Wraps. Great tackiness for humid or wet weather. I also love how easy it is to install them, no tape or solvent needed. I can install a set in 20 minutes.

I put on Winn Dry Tac grips and have been less than impressed with their durability. Had to regrip my driver after a couple of months. Might give the Super strokes a try next when I need to replace the stock grips on my AP2's.

Mike, Ive been playing Golf Pride MCC for the last couple years Was gonna switch to the plus4 this season. But they always end up slippery on the lower half by the end of the season. So this year I have switched to Lampkin UTX MidSize with extra wraps on the lower half..

GP NDMC Midsize +6 wraps. But I'm an ogre. There's a reason they're so popular. Good in the heat, good in the rain, good when it's cool. Just an all around winner.

I have and really enjoy my set of MCC +4 Grips in Gray/Black.

Winn DriTac Midsize. They're not as durable as some others, but I love them.

Golf Pride Decade Multi-Compounds.

On my Driver (913 D3) Fairway woods (913F) and Irons (AP1) I use the png NTS white grip. It has a rib so I didn't put these grips on until I had figured out the final setting for my hosel adjustments on the Driver and Fairway woods.
