Does anyone have any experience using the @Blast_Golf sensor for training and putting? My son's Golf Coach is recommending it to him for his putting training. What are your thoughts and experiences?

    Any input would be awesomeness!!!

    Cheers, Dr. K

I can't believe there aren't more posts about Blast Motion. After a search on here, this was the only post on it.

I bought this device three weeks ago for half price ($75) and it has been a game changer for my putting. The tempo training is the most critical and shouldn't change regardless of the putt length (2:1). This blew my mind. I've only been able to test it out on my putting mat in the garage, but a 2 foot putt and an 8 foot putt indeed use the same tempo. Only the speed at impact changes.

I've also put the sensor on my wedges and irons to test the full swing mode. Tempo there should be closer to 3:1, but i most like watching my swing speed. It has helped me realize why I can hit an 8iron 145 yards, but my 5 iron only goes 170.... I slow down with my longer clubs because I lack confidence. It's subtle, but I'm swinging my wedges and short irons full speed (90-95) but my mid/long irons only get about 75-80 mph.

Anyway, there are a ton of reviews on YouTube, so you don't need my feedback. But since this forum is lacking responses on Blast, I thought I should add mine.

I have one and I really like, it gives you good feed back. Very easy setup, I've only used it for putting, so I can't say how beneficial it would be on a full swing.

I bought mine a year ago. The feedback is really useful to help you tweek your putting.
