Usually I have a pb&j sandwich with me, but if I forget then I usually go for peanuts or those sweet and salty mixed snack packets.

I usually have some sort of nuts or beef jerky although when playing any of the Pebble Beach courses the birds are smart. Once I had my Jerky hidden under a towel on my push cart and the found it and flew away with my whole bag.

I normally tee off between 8 & 830 am and eat breakfast before coming to the course (OJ, coffee, yogert). I generaly throw a pack of Lance Cheese Crackers in the bag because we a normally done by lunch time. Playing in the heat/humidity I ensure that I have either PowerAde or GatorAde Zero with me at all time. I normally go thru two 32 oz bottles of those a round, plus three 30 oz Yeti tumblers of water..... the crackers for salt and have to stay hydrated.....if I am playing in a tournament, I will take a peanut butter sandwich on flatbread......

I'll go with a salted nut roll or a few handfuls of pretzels. And water. Lots of water.

Beef Jerky, Almonds or a Good Protein Bar. Every once in a while a Good Hot Dog on the turn is a treat,

I am partial to a banana, protein bar, and a blue Gatorade/Powerade. Depending upon the quality of the hotdog, I will sometimes venture in that direction if it does not break the swing rhythm at the golf turn.....

Protein bars w/ or w/o nuts. Too bad the usual offerings are chips/Snickers/Peanut M&Ms on the beverage carts.

Peanut M&Ms are my weakness, so that and a Gatorade or Miller lite depending on how the front 9 went
