I would be interested in hearing from anyone with experience in moving from the 716 AP2's to the new T100 irons.

Tell me what is better, what is worse or even what is the same with the new irons compared to the old irons. Want to make sure that switching irons is worth the $1200 price tag.

Thanks in advance everyone for your input.

I also have the 716 AP2 in my bag and think of switching to T100 or T200. I heard and read in some reviews that the T100 looks smaller than 716 or 718 AP2. Someone wrote it plays like the CB iron. I don’t think that T100 irons are more forgiving than AP2s.

currently play the 716 ap2's. Everything is better. The main things I noticed were feel, flight and turf interaction. They cut through the turf like butter and are packed with so much tech. there is a reason long time MB players are switching to them instead

716s here also. Going to be doing a couple of fittings for T100 and T200. Open mind and see what delivers the best results!

714's Ap2 here curious to see what you guys find out. Wife freaked little just getting a new range finder, have to be sure about the new T series before I can sell it.
  7. I have and really love the improvements in the new T100 over the AP2 718...

718 ap2 irons in play for me now,
    I love them.
I can’t wait to get fitted and try the new t100 out!!

One thing to consider is that the T series irons are a new platform. So the AP line is like a different all together iron.
Go out and get fit with an open mind. I think you all will be pleasantly surprised with the new available clubs.

Tim Tiger - You are very right. I just had a fitting, and although I had some idea of what would likely work for me I still went in with an open mind. It's a good thing I wasn't set on a particular setup because what I ended up with was a bit different.

Patiently awaiting my order of T200 irons!
