  1. The top players in the world have tested and put 2021 Pro V1 and Pro V1x in play. Now it's your turn!

With thousands of new Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf ball sleeves finding their way into the mailboxes of Team Titleist members around the world, we wanted to create an official thread for you to share your valued feedback with the wider community.

While we are only able to provide samples for a small fraction of Team Titleist members, there are still hundreds of sleeves being delivered as we speak so there is still hope! As always, please ensure your profile is 100% complete to increase your chances for product testing opportunities in the near future.

We appreciate your feedback in advance and happy testing!

Great opportunity that Titleist provides to those who participate in the forums, and are loyal to the brand.

It doesn't matter if you may be selected or not, the real benefit is to have real world experiences shared with those who participate on this forum, to learn what may or may not be best for you!
  3. I mostly only use woods! #3, 5 N 7, and 7 iron and wedge. I don't need the whole set as I don't use them at all or not most of the time! 1thank you!

Thanks Allan. Was fortunate enough to get a few during the Team Titleist Invitational. I was already a ProV1x guy and the new version seems even better to me. I had always struggled with the firmer feel coming from years playing the regular ProV1. This latest 2021 ProV1x does feel softer, especially on putts which is where i noticed it most. Good work by the ball engineers developing a softer feel while keeping the high flight and spin characteristics of the last version.

With the same opportunity as Dale, the new X felt felt softer than before. I took them to a fitting. The X wasn’t longer than the V but had more stopping power with more spin. The amber X will be on my spring shopping list. Still, each should see which one suits their game.
  6. Imagine my surprise! I had notifications from FedEx I was getting a delivery, little did I know I would be one of the lucky ones to get a white box. Now if the weather gets unseasonably warm I will be able to try them out.
Right now at least there is no snow on the ground so I can at least hit some pitch shots in the backyard. Really looking forward to trying them out. Thank you Titleist!

Well, Happy New Year, and "thank you" to Titleist! I had a nice surprise arrive in my mailbox, and I've already done some putting on a carpet. It will be a bit of time before I can provide more subjective or objective information on the 2021 Pro V1x as it is 32* here in MA today. My hands quickly lose sensation and feel at that temperature!

Using my Phantom X 6str putter, the new ball produces a 'softer' feel to me, closer to the Pro V1, both in audible and 'feel' feedback. This putter tends to feel a bit softer than other putters I have anyway, but I am confident that I could 'blind-test' the 2019 and 2021 Pro V1x and identify which is which on longer (20'+) putts. The changes don't seem to affect my sense of distance, at least on a carpet providing up to 30' of putt length.

Hoping others also have a holiday gift arriving and can provide feedback for us to discuss!

  23. I received mine yesterday, thank you Titleist! I too got a notification from FedEx, that something was delivered and to my surprise it was the 2021 Pro V1x! I have been loyally playing the Pro V1x since I started playing golf. Unfortunately, I live in Connecticut so I'll need to wait till our golf season resumes again to truly test them but that didn't stop me from hitting them in the simulator. The ball felt great and it produced some of the best numbers I've had in the simulator. I cant wait for these to come out. When is the official release date?

I'm really interested to hear about peoples thoughts. The initial folks reporting that the V1x was similar to the left dash was really interesting to hear.

I've been playing the new version of the 1x since the TTI at Bandon Dunes. Love the flight characteristics and the feel. Makes it tough to go back and use all my remaining 2019 version balls.
  26. Would love to try the new ball. I have been loving the LEFT DASH but am interested in the X with a softer cover. Need the high flight with low iron spin.
