    Good day all,

Just wondering what everyone keeps in their golf bag. I just ordered a bulk order of Aleve for muscle aches and headaches (when I am on golf trips with the boys). Just wondering what anybody else uses...

I have a small first aid kit I keep in a waterproof tin in my bag. Tylenol & ibuprofen and some bandaids, moleskin, alcohol wipes.

800 mg of Ibuprofen, which my Dr prescribes for pain. This stuff works and can only take three a day. Normally take one in the morning before play begins, for lower back. Gets me thru a round.

I buy OTC 200mg Ibuprofen and take 4 at a time when I am hurting, which is more frequent now that I am a senior.

I always keep a small bottle of Advil, chapstick, sunscreen, and bug spray (for the few times I find the deep rough). Don't forget a small pocket knife with bottle opener and some bandaids with electrical tape (just to help them stick in the heat and sweat)

I carry a First Aid Kit, Band aids. Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Benadryl, in case myself or someone is stung, cold spray to alleviate pain from a sting, swiss army knife, just in case. tweezers and bug spray. Being a Veteran, I try to be prepared for anything.

Don't really keep anything in the bag but I do take some Tylenol before the round to help with the aches and pains of getting older. Helps some especially before I had my hip replaced.

I will take “vitamin A” (Aleve) on a trip. But only 12 tablets as I won’t take it for more than 3 days. There are serious side effects I have to watch. I’m careful with blisters so will buy locally if I need first aid.

Yep. A bottle of Motrin or Aleve is a necessity in the golf bag. It helps with aches and pains, but I also wouldn't want a potential headache to ruin an otherwise good golf outing. If I have it on hand, it's cheaper than picking up a packet in the proshop at the turn or end of the round, and I don't have to wait that long to take it either.

No OTC meds for me. This time of year, I may take some OTC allergy meds before I head to the course and it will last me the whole day.
