Earlier this year, we celebrated the launch of the new Vokey Design SM11 wedges with an exclusive Team Titleist event, bringing together some of our most passionate members for a true tour-level experience.
Hosted at the Titleist Performance Institute, the afternoon began with an exclusive opportunity for Team Titleist members to receive a personalized wedge fitting where each player dialed in their wedge setup and experienced the performance of the new Vokey Design SM11 wedges in a true tour-level fitting environment.
Following the fittings, members gathered for a special presentation from Bob Vokey himself. Bob shared the inspiration, design philosophy, and technology behind the SM11 lineup, offering an inside look at the craftsmanship and innovation that continue to make Vokey Design the most played wedges on Tour.
No wedge event would be complete without sharpening the short game, so we welcomed Short Game Chef for an engaging clinic focused on scoring shots around the green. Members picked up practical techniques and insights they could immediately take to the course.
The experience continued on TPI's exclusive 9-hole short course, where members had the opportunity to put their wedges to the test. With perfect Southern California weather and plenty of creative shot-making, it was the ideal setting to experience the versatility and performance of the new wedges. Congratulations to Team Titleist member Tim G., who capped off the day with a hole-in-one!
We closed out the evening with dinner, drinks, and an awards presentation on the patio, giving members the chance to connect, share stories from the day, and celebrate an unforgettable launch event together.
