I was looking for some place to send some info in reference to the lightweight cart bag I have, model TB1CT5-0.  I have had this bag for less than a year and it is already showing significant signs of wear, especially where the bag comes into contact with the cart.  There is a hole in the material and looks awful. The rest of the bag looks new.  I know I am not a designer, only a weekend hack, but here comes my 2 cents.  Please provide a more robust material on the bag where the cart comes into contact with the bag.  Yes it may add some weight, but come on, who wants to carry a bag with a visible hole in it, especially when it is a year old.  Shouldn't the material have held up better?  I got the bag from Three Ridges Golf Club in Knoxville, TN.  I am currently looking for a better quality bag.

This sounds like a Warranty issue.  Please take it back to your club and have them call 1-800-225-8500 and ask for Bag Repair and they can resolve this for you.

  4. Hello Team Titleist,

I'm having this same exact issue with my lightweight cart bag I purchased in May 2011.Bag is perfect, except for one area that's wearing through. In that area, it appears the material is not hearty enough.

I just completed a post General Discussions describing the issue and inquiring about a resolution, but waiting for the post to be approved.I'm glad I found this post. It appears as Titleist is on top of the issue!

    Thanks for your help.

  5. I spoke to Titleist and they were great about warranty. Thank you.

The only negative is, Titleist requires Golfsmith to ship the bag back to them and I don't have another bag. It could take 3-4 weeks. :-(
