  1. I prefer to golf at the Kingsley Club because the course is in good condition.

    Crystal Downs and Arcadia Bluffs
  3. We were going to Gaylord and playing at Treetops. While the courses are really good, we have discovered that courses covered under our membership in Barrie and Collingwood are just as good. So moving forward, we are staying in Canada.
  4. I try to golf all over MI. For resort golf you can't beat Boyne. When I lived in East Lansing I played a lot at MSU, Hawk and Eagle Eye. Now I'm living in metro Detroit I play Pheasant Run and Northville Hills mainly.

My one and only visit to Michigan, I played with my brother in law at Eagle Crest, Eastern Michigan University Golf Course, located in Ypsilanti Township. We saw a lot of badgers running around the course. Most enjoyable and reasonable.

There are a number of great courses in the UP of Michigan that I enjoy. In particular, Greywalls in Marquette has stunning views and a fair but challenging layout. I also enjoy Sweetgrass, near Escanaba, which is always in top resort golf course shape.

I rotate amongst several Up North resorts for an annual guys trip. Boyne, Treetops, Shanty Creek, Garland, A-ga-ming are all great, Lakewood Shores is decent if you are on the east side.
