So I went big to celebrate my Dad’s 60th BDay….I purchased flights, rental car, etc.. for him and I to travel and play PEBBLE BEACH! We are coming from Chicago and are staying at the Spanish Inn for two nights while playing Pebble Beach day 1 and Spyglass Day 2. Both tee times are late morning.
My question to the TT community is what to do while on site before and after our rounds.
Breakfast/lunch/dinner spots (Tap Room? Roy’s?)
After round cocktail/stogie location (bagpipes and drinks for sun down at the Spanish inn?)
Recommended picture spots to remember the trip (I would like to capture a picture and frame it for my Dad for Christmas)
Merchandise to “not leave without”
17 mile drive? Is it worth it?
Any and all suggestions are much appreciated. Our trip is the end of March.

Thanks Dale! The course itself no matter how I play is going to make the trip. When I step up to the tee on 7 I am going to have trouble just trying to make a shot with the back ground and history. I just hope my AP3's or SM7's find a way to the green.
I appreciate that idea on the picture of the Lone Cypress. I will most definitely add that to our agenda. Cannery row also looks like a must stop.
