hi all, i had the newest t100s irons from their first release after a titleist fitting day, anyhow after about 6-7 months the 6 iron started to bubble under the plated finish, was sent back and replaced within a few weeks, sadly recently the 7 iron developed the same fate and since then 2 more had gone that way. ive since set the whole set back and awaiting to hear of their decision.. has anyone else been unfortunate enough to experience the same or similar? im kind of hoping it was just a set that slipped through the net around the boom after pandemic time.

    cheers

Sam, had mine for just under a year now and they get used twice a week and not had a problem at all.

Sounds like you just got a bit unlucky, I'm sure Titleist will sort it for you.

im hoping to hear something soon as its right in the season for golf now, having to use a set of demo irons which just are not the same.
  4. That’s mad I’m sure Titleist will sort this for you. I think all the big brands standards are slipping as cost keep rising

Thanks for the heads up on this. I have been using mine for about 4 months now (dozen or so times) and will pay closer attention for any defects. Nice to hear Titleist sorts it out though.

titleist to be fair has replaced them, however ive got 4 new heads on my shafts and 3 original irons. they have different ferruls and no matching seriel numbers. may not mean much to most but im ocd and it bugs me, likelyhood of the remaining original ones will suffer the same fate.

Bought T200s the back are terrible plastic isn’t standing up well seen the new ones look a lot better hopefully will stand up a bit better.
  8. This is interesting - the backs on my T200s are all blistered - is it worth mentioning to Titleist or not?
