  1. Would purchasing 4 Vokey Wedges, 60,56,52 and 48 (P Wedge) overlap with buying A300 P (43 degree), 9,8,7 etc irons? In other words is this a continuous set of clubs or do the two Pitching wedges overlap? Jim

  2. Your Vokey is 48 and the A300 is 43, the gapping degree is just correct, but it is best to check with the fitter to make sure the distance gapping between the two.
  3. It should be ok however sometimes lofts don’t tell the whole story on the course…I would get fit and try them out at a Titleist fitting day. Also shafts can affect things as well…

@Chris92009 is spot on. I’ve found that you sometimes need to look beyond the straight loft gapping. For me, 4-5 degrees loft separation is about right, but shafts can make a huge difference. For awhile this summer, I was actually carrying two 48-degree wedges (although one was bent to 47). Different shafts gave them totally different launch and carry characteristics.

In addition to shaft differences, keep in mind, a Vokey 48.10F is far less forgiving than a T300 48*. So missing the sweetspot by a few mere centimeters will likely be much more punishing.

Completely agree...T200 and T300 are more forgiving than Vokey Wedges of same loft...IMHO

Piggy backing on Doug E's comment, not only is the Vokey less forgiving,I'm guessing the flight charachteristics are quite different as well(relative to loft), with the Vokey flying lower.
