I am thinking on upgrading my 2 year old SM7's (52,56,60) to SM10's. I have left left in the 7's, but I am very tempted to upgrade early. I watched many comparison videos with positive reviews of the 10's.

Has anyone upgraded from the 7's to the 10's? What has been your experience? Has it improved your game? Or does it just feel nice to have new clubs?

    Thoughts?

It's always nice to have new grooves for best performance. The sevens are six years older and Mr Vokey does a great job with his newer models. If there is little left on those SM7s, it well past time for an upgrade.
  3. I get amused when I hear someone say you should replace your wedges every 60-70 rounds. I would be buying clubs 3 times a year.
The SM10s are really nice. I think if you try them you will notice a big difference over your current model. You will definitely be able to spin these ones much better.
That being said, when I was on holidays a couple years ago, frustrated after a round, I pulled a old wedge out of my dad's bag. I chipped in 3 times in the next 10 rounds. That wedge is still in my bag.
