What We Need From You:

  • Upload Your Logo
  • Choose a Quantity (6 dozen minimum)
  • Complete Your Purchase

What You Can Expect From Us:

  • A digital proof will be shared with you within three (3) business days
  • Upon artwork approval, your customized golf balls will ship for delivery within 10 business days
  • If logo/order is not approved within 30 days, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
  • Note: All sales are final

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

  • File types accepted: JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, BMP, PDF, EPS, AI
  • Maximum file size allowed: 20MB
  • Photos must be 300ppi (pixels per inch)
  • Logos should note PMS colors, if available
  • Licensed/royalty bearing images will require written authorization prior to artwork setup and order processing
  • The printing of any message, logo, or photo is at the discretion of Titleist

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Can ball models be mixed to reach the minimum order quantity?
A: No. The minimum is 6dz per ball model.

Q: Can I order less than the minimum?
A: With a custom logo upload, the minimum is 6dz per ball model. You may order less than 6dz when ordering golf balls through Titleist.com.

Q: How do I add a second pole logo or personalization?
A: With a custom logo upload we are not able to apply a second pole decoration.

Q: Are there any custom packaging options available?
A: Titleist does offer custom packaging options when ordering through a local authorized golf shop. You may also browse our full Golf Ball Catalog.

Q: I've already placed and received an order with my logo. How do I place a re-order?
A: Please contact us at 800-333-4200 and we'll be happy to assist you with placing a re-order.


Q: Does the minimum order quantity apply to a re-order?
A: Yes. The minimum is 6dz per ball model with a re-order.

Q: What is a play number?
A: The play number is located just below the Titleist name on each golf ball. This number can be simply a preference or "lucky" number. It can also be used to help identify who's ball is whose when playing a round with friends who play the same ball model.

Q: May I order my logo on a pink, orange, or green ball model?
A: We do not offer logos on those color golf ball.

Q: What is the lead time for a Custom Logo Upload orders?
A: A proof will be sent to you within 3 business days. Once approved, your order will ship for delivery within 10 business days.

Q: How can I receive my order sooner?
A: We do offer overnight or 2-day air shipping service at check out. Please contact our customer service team to discuss other potential options.
