• We'll review your request and logo and contact you for payment information to take care of the setup fee and get the process started. Within two (2) business days, we'll create a digital proof to share with you. Please do not submit credit card information via email
• Upon approval and confirmation of your order details, your customized golf balls will ship within twenty (20) business days

• Minimum order quantity is six (6) dozen per golf ball models and play number selection
• All orders require a $75 setup fee, which includes initial setup and up to two (2) revisions (additional revisions will incur an additional $75 fee)
• $75 setup fee will be credited upon approval of a golf ball order of 12 dozen or more
• Subsequent orders for the same logo will have no additional setup fee

Artwork Requirements:

• File types accepted: JPG, GIF, TIF, BMP, PDF, EPS, AI
• Maximum file size allowed: 20MB
• Photos must be 300ppi (pixels per inch)
• Logos should note PMS colors, if available
• Licensed/royalty bearing images will require written authorization prior to artwork setup
• The printing of any message, logo, or photo is at the discretion of Titleist
