Titleist DI&B Mission Statement

We are founded on excellence, innovation, and talented and caring people. Diversity, inclusion and belonging drive our brands by ensuring different perspectives produce the best products for our golfers and an environment of equity, integrity, and respect for our people. Through diversity of thought and experience, we create a collaborative culture where people feel safe and empowered to share their unique ideas. When all voices are heard, we are at our best.

Commitment in Action

As advocates for a better shared future, we are working to establish a culture of support for diversity, inclusion and belonging, by providing opportunities and assistance to a several noteworthy programs.

When William "Bill" Powell encountered racial discrimination on the golf course after returning home from World War II, he decided to build his own place to play, one where people of all colors would be welcome. In 1946, he established Clearview Golf Club in East Canton, Ohio: “America’s Course.”  Titleist proudly supports Bill’s daughter, Renee Powell in her efforts with Clearview Golf Club and the Clearview Legacy Foundation in its mission of Education, Preservation, and Turfgrass Research.

Titleist proudly supports the Folds of Honor Foundation, a charitable organization with a mission to provide scholarships to spouses and children of America's fallen and disabled service members. Folds of Honor was founded in 2007 by Lieutenant Colonel Dan Rooney - an Oklahoma Air National Guard F-16 fighter pilot and a PGA golf professional – when a chance encounter on a flight after his second tour of duty in Iraq redefined his purpose. After meeting with Lt Col Rooney and hearing his story in 2010, Titleist joined the Folds of Honor mission and has assisted the organization in providing more than 29,000 life-changing scholarships totaling over $145 million through 2022.
