    All of the above. Take your time, see a physician in sports medicine to direct your PT. I had an cervical and lumbar discectomy, (2 years apart) and I wish I had completed the PT. Cost me distance

    Are you looking for a blade or a mallet? I'd suggest looking on FaceBook (FB Marketplace) or eBay and buy a used one, the resale is good enough so that you could test it and resell if you don't like it, but yeah, us lefties don't have many options.…
