Albatross

Hole number six on the Canyon Course at the Phoenician, playing 303 to the green and the pin was set back about 20 yards from that. I teed up my driver and decided to go for it. The hole plays a slight dogleg right and I got all of it off the tee. After my buddy Matt teed off we took off down the fairway for his ball, he then took a nice approach shot in the green. When we got up to the green which is elevated a little bit above the tee box, I did not see my ball. The last thing in my mind was to actually check the hole. I assumed I drove over the green and as I'm running around the edges looking for my ball my buddy Matt goes to tend the pin. That's when he looks down and sees my ball. When he hollered for me to come over I thought it was bullshit but sure enough there lied my ball. Hole-in-one, albatross baby!!
