Titleist Brand Ambassador Andrew Dodt Trusts His Titleist Pro V1x To Double Aces

Some golfers spend a lifetime on the course and never achieve a hole-in-one. And then there are a lucky few who have multiple aces. But not many of us can say we know someone who has two aces in one round - until now.

Titleist Brand Ambassador Andrew Dodt began his second round of last week's Nordea Masters with a par on the tenth. He walked to the eleventh, stood on the tee, and stared down the pin 175 yards away. A birdie would have been a nice jumpstart to his round. Instead, the 27-year-old Australian holed out for an ace. Dodt birdied the twelfth and added two more birdies to his outward nine to post 4-under par 32.

Any player would be happy with a run like this during a round, but what happened next can only be described as unimaginable.

Following a birdie on the sixth hole (his 15th on the round), Dodt found himself on the seventh tee, playing 208 yards. For the second time in the round, Dodt's Pro V1x golf ball found the bottom of the cup for another ace! He would birdie the final hole of his second round, posting a 7-under 65.

Congratulations Andrew, you and your Titleist Pro V1x golf ball proved that performance defies the odds.

I have had 2 hole in ones in my 30 years of playing golf. The interesting thing was they were on back to back(consecutive) rounds. First one, July1st,1995 at Glens Falls Country Club, second one on July 4th,1995 at The Thousand Islands Club.
