I have noticed by their responsiveness to customer issues here on this board, including my own issue which is currently being resolved, that Titleist does care about its customers. I am a new Titleist convert, and between the playability of their equipment, their promotion of the sport, and their customer care, I am sold. For a company who has such a large presence in the world of golf, and who is the undisputed leader in equipment, it could be very easy to just forget about customer care, but that hasn't happened.
