Does anyone have advise on physical training specific to golf?
I have researched long and hard over this but could not find anything more than general statements about the core being the most important area to train.
I know that the touring pros have great access to facilities and plenty of money to make use of these facilities and so I guess what I'm asking is; what methods of training is best for golfers and without blowing the budget, what equipment would be the best suited for this training.
Also if anyone has training programs could u please share, any knowledge shared would be greatly appreciated.
